Useful Support & Resources
Sometimes people need more than a TikTok video, a Facebook post or a Zoom conversation. Sometimes people need proper support, crisis help, specialist trauma services or somewhere safe to turn when things feel too heavy to carry alone.
This page is here to signpost people towards support, recovery services and organisations that may help.
I know how isolating addiction, trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and childhood abuse can feel. I also know how difficult it can be to ask for help in the first place. If you are struggling, please know there are people and organisations out there who genuinely care.
The Recovery Initiative and CSA Survivor UK are built around peer support, awareness and lived experience conversations. They are not crisis services, emergency mental health services or replacements for professional support where needed.
If you are in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please contact emergency services or a crisis support service straight away.
